- (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) by X-PAY CartaSi on SSL server.
- the safest way to pay online. You can still pay using PayPal without having an account, you'll be automatically redirected to a secure page where you can enter your credit card information. When you're done, you'll have the option of saving your credit card details with PayPal by creating a PayPal account.
We do our best to make you satisfied with our products & services. All products must pass quality check and cross checked before shipping. But in certain case you need to Return or Replace the product, aspects need to be taken care of.
- Return/Replacement & Refund are accepted only with in 14 days from the delivery date.
- In case of Returns/Replacement buyer bear all the shipping and handling expenses.
- The product must be returned in the original packing and should be as good as new with tags attached.
- Only defected items will be entertained for return and replacement.
- If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the Shipping & Delivery charges.
- You need to send photo's of the defects prior to Return/Replacement.
- Products sold in SALE & DISCOUNT are Non-Refundable, unless the product is defected.
- Made to Measure & Full Customized Leathers are not refundable or replaceable.
- Worn or altered items can not be returned. Product should be inspected upon receipt.
- No Return/Replacement will be issued to the customer ordering more than two products at a single time. Ideally restrict the practice of generation of a resale value and return the product in case there is no sale. Also discourage the practice of ordering different products for trial and selecting only one.
HOW TO RETURN?
If product is eligible to Return/Replacement or Refund, please follow the instruction
- First of all get an approval for Return/Replacement, Request Return
- Please mention you name, order number & email address which is used to place order. If the product is defected, please send photo's of the defects.
- Our sales representative will get back to you within 48 working hours to serve you in the best possible way.
- We will provide return address, Once you get the approval for Return/Replacement. For your protection, when you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
